From empty to earning

Designed, funded, systemised and hosted by the same people.

We take a property from an empty shell to a listed, running asset, and then we keep running it. The interior design, the funding, the software and the hosting all sit inside the group, so there is no point in the chain where the standard passes to someone else.

Designed and furnished in-house

The interior is designed and furnished by us. The layout, the furniture and the artwork are chosen for a stay of a week rather than a night, which is a different brief and shows in the room.

Funded from within the group

Casa Sunshine was established and is run entirely from within the group, with no external finance, so the standard of the fit-out answered to us and to nobody else.

Property management, end to end

Our properties run on a property management system developed under OtherX Technologies, born out of operational experience. It carries guest registration and identity verification, which supports the safety and security of the property and of the people staying in it. We onboard properties onto the guest booking platforms and run them end to end, from listing through to check-out.
